Check Bay window flat roof for leaks

He checked the roof and saw the guttering was full of leaves. Not only did he clear this, collect the rubbish up, he advised he thought this may be the reason for water coming inside. He didn't charge and took a photo - very sensible - so if that had not solved it he would be able to quote for the job. Top man in my opinion and I would have no hesitation having him back...
